Although an emotional statement was shared on his account announcing his demise, the specific cause of death during his visit to Las Vegas remains undisclosed.
The statement conveyed, “It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear Anunay Sood. We request privacy and understanding during this challenging period and urge against any gatherings near personal property. Please keep Anunay’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers. May his soul rest in peace.”
Anunay’s final Instagram update, posted from Las Vegas the day before, featured him with actor Sung Kang from the Fast and Furious series. Reflecting on his American adventure, he wrote, “Still in disbelief that I got to spend the weekend surrounded by icons and dream vehicles. Which one would you choose to drive??”
In response to the family’s announcement, fellow influencer Cameron Biafore, who shared the Las Vegas trip, expressed deep sadness over the loss, praising Anunay’s vibrant spirit and the lasting impact he had on those around him. Biafore stated, “You radiated a brilliant light, and I am grateful for the moment we shared. Rest peacefully, dear Anunay; your zest for life will always be remembered.”

He stated, “Adaptation is key – I never viewed Instagram and similar platforms as my main source of livelihood. It was always secondary, driven by passion for travel and the desire to inspire others.”
