Beauty Teacher Arrested for Stabbing Boyfriend in Brazil

Must read

A 62-year-old woman who works as a beauty teacher was taken into custody for allegedly stabbing her 21-year-old boyfriend and concealing his body in her backyard. The victim, Alex Sandro da Silva Rocha, was found in Bebedouro, Sao Paulo, Brazil, with fatal stab wounds to the chest caused by scissors, as reported by local authorities. Jussara Luzia Fernandes has admitted to the crime after the discovery.

In January, Fernandes became a widow when her husband was found dead in their swimming pool under accidental circumstances. Following her confession, the Civil Police have initiated an investigation into the recent death.

During a search of her residence, officials questioned Fernandes, who initially denied any involvement. However, police noticed a freshly dug hole in the garden, prompting them to call the Fire Department. Despite her claim that it was for her deceased dog, the authorities uncovered the victim’s body.

Subsequently, Fernandes confessed to the altercation with her boyfriend that led her to grab scissors in self-defense, resulting in fatal injuries. She allegedly hired someone to bury him in the backyard. Detective Joao Vitor Silverio revealed that Fernandes involved her son in moving the body outside.

The victim’s mother, Ivonete Ribeiro da Silva, has spoken out, describing her son’s abusive relationship with Fernandes. She expressed hope for justice, stating that her son was attempting to end the controlling partnership before his tragic demise.

Da Silva accused Fernandes of manipulating phone conversations to impersonate her son and mislead family members about his whereabouts. She detailed instances of abuse, including a claim that Fernandes ran over her son’s foot with a car during an argument.
