A British TikTok personality, known as a budget version of Andrew Tate, managed to evade legal consequences in Spain for a year following a car accident but is now facing a lengthy prison sentence. Harrison Sullivan, 24, has finally confessed to dangerous driving and driving without insurance and is set to be sentenced next month. However, additional allegations have surfaced against Sullivan, also known as “HSTikkyTokky,” for allegedly assaulting a man with a glass at a nightclub in Spain, which could result in an extended prison term if proven true.
Sullivan, a self-professed car enthusiast who previously admitted to holding discriminatory views in an interview, voluntarily surrendered to authorities in England this month for the driving offenses. His sentencing for these charges is scheduled at Staines Magistrates Court on November 14. Spanish police have confirmed the new accusation related to the nightclub incident in August, where a man was severely injured in a glass attack. Sullivan was apprehended after his social media activities were scrutinized, and he was found to have an outstanding international arrest warrant issued by UK authorities.
According to reports, the victim of the alleged glassing incident required emergency surgery due to a severe tear to his jugular artery. Sullivan was identified as the suspect through a combination of social media analysis, police databases, and CCTV footage showing him driving in Marbella. He was extradited on October 10 and appeared in a Spanish court wearing a grey jumper and trousers, acknowledging only his personal details. Sullivan blew a kiss to his mother as he exited the courtroom, with expectations of facing a longer prison sentence if convicted in the nightclub altercation.
As of now, Sullivan has only admitted to the driving offenses related to the previous car crash in Virginia Water over a year ago. Images circulating online depict a wrecked McLaren supercar on a rural road, underscoring the severity of the incident. Sullivan frequently shares content on social media, showcasing himself alongside high-end vehicles and portraying himself as a financial expert offering aspirational advice to his followers.
However, a recent documentary by journalist Louis Theroux exposed Sullivan’s problematic behavior and toxic masculinity, prompting further scrutiny of his controversial persona. In the documentary, Sullivan remained silent when confronted by Theroux about his misogynistic views.
