Luke Littler jokingly mentioned that he might consider participating in the I’m a Celebrity jungle if offered a staggering £50 million, despite being put off by this year’s show. The 18-year-old darts star has been closely following the current season to support his friend, Angry Ginge, whose appearance on the ITV program fueled speculation about Littler’s potential involvement.
When asked about the possibility of joining the show, Littler stated that he might consider it for the right price but expressed hesitance after witnessing the challenges contestants faced. In a recent interview on talkSPORT, he admitted that the idea of facing similar trials deterred him from participating.
Although initially rejecting the idea for £10 million, Littler entertained the thought when the interviewer proposed a substantial £50 million offer. Despite this, he emphasized his apprehension about dealing with snakes and other challenges in the jungle, adding a humorous remark about not actually flying over to join the show.
While Angry Ginge prepares for upcoming trials, Littler gears up to defend his title at the PDC World Darts Championship starting next month at Ally Pally. As the reigning world champion and currently ranked world No 1, he aims to replicate Gary Anderson’s feat by retaining the Sid Waddell trophy, commencing with a first-round match against Darius Labanauskas on December 11.
