Evil doctor Thomas Kwan, known for his heinous acts, was subjected to physical assault while in prison before confessing to trying to kill his mother’s partner. Kwan, masquerading as a Covid nurse, attempted to end Patrick O’Hara’s life due to a dispute over his mother’s will. Using a fake jab containing a potentially deadly insecticide, Kwan nearly caused O’Hara’s demise. Earlier, he had also tried to poison O’Hara and Torquil Gundlach with thallium-laced alcohol, putting their lives at risk.
After being remanded for attempted murder, Kwan faced a violent altercation in prison and was subsequently transferred from HMP Hull to Frankland prison in Durham. Sources reported that Kwan’s injuries from the assault prompted him to change his plea to guilty, resulting in a life sentence with a minimum term of over 31 years. Despite his actions, Kwan’s wife remains supportive of him, expressing her belief in his goodness and loyalty.
Kwan’s aspirations to acquire a GP practice in Torquay, Devon, and his substantial NHS pension contrast sharply with his criminal behavior.
