Love Island’s Grace Jackson divides worried fans as she plans ‘unnecessary’ tweakment

Must read

Love Island star Grace Jackson, 26, has sparked concern amongst her fans thanks to revealing she plans to have more cosmetic procedures. The star recently shared a TikTok video of herself visiting the globally acclaimed aesthetics guru, Dr Roshan Ravindran, affectionately known as Dr Rosh, for a little “freshen up.”

Grace, who met boyfriend Luca Bish on the 2025 Love Island All Stars series, had a number of tweakments and beauty enhancements ahead of her return to the ITV show’s villa, including a trip to a filler specialist, a lash lift, and the addition of some ‘knockout’ hair extensions.

Now, she’s back in the doctor’s chair, telling Dr Rosh it’s been “such a long time.” In the clip, Grace is seen ready for her consultation. She tells Dr Rosh: “I feel like I need a bit of a re-fresh,” before he interjects with a cheeky: “Loved up with Luca?”.

Grace acknowledges her partner, repeating: “Loved up with Luca,” to which Dr Rosh responds: “I can tell you’ve fallen hard.” She then asks for a “refresh for the face” and voices her worries about “excess skin on my hooded eyes.”

Grace, who has previously had masseter Botox, mentions: “I’m getting my headaches again,” prompting Dr Rosh to confirm that the treatment has worn off and needs topping up. Finally, she admits: “I am really struggling with my traps [trapezius muscles]” to which Dr Rosh assures her he can assist.

However, fans aren’t so sure that she needs any further enhancements. “She needs to chill honestly. it’s barely been 3 months,” one commented on Dr Rosh’s post. Another added: “She didn’t need a thing doing! Be so refreshing your response being, ‘you don’t need anything’.”

A third quipped: “Literally it’s been a minute . Leave these faces alone damn.” However, some defended Grace amongst the negative comments. “The work she does is so minimal we can barely tell! She looks like her age and doesn’t over due it. She looks lovely,” one fan argued as another penned: “She’s only doing Botox, which is typically touched up every 3-4 months. She’s not over doing anything.”

Grace and her boyfriend Luca narrowly lost out on Love Island All Stars crown earlier this year thanks to Casey O’Gorman and Gabby Allen pipping them at the post. They finished as runners-up on the ITV2 show, with Grace saying the pair would be going on “date nights” and getting to know each other’s friends and family when they left the show.

Speaking about Grace after the final in February, Luca, 25, said: “I was nervous coming in before, anyway, and then the first week, it was a tough one for me, I didn’t really know where I stood, she changed that.”

Grace, 26, added: “I’ve always had eyes for Luca, we’ve met a few times on the outside, but I feel like actually being in here, I said this before, no phones, no socials, just actually getting to know someone face value, it’s just amazing. I think the whole experience has just been incredible.”

They beat out fellow finalist couples Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Curtis Pritchard, who finished third, Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame, who came fourth, and Elma Pazar and Sammy Root, who finished fifth.

The episode saw the final five couples attend a pool party featuring a performance from DJ Nathan Dawe, best known for 2020 UK top five single Lighter featuring KSI, where he also debuted new song Here in Your Arms.
