To celebrate Mother’s Day Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright visited a stunning hotel with beach views and gave fans a rare look at their newborn daughter, Palma Elizabeth, with a series of photos shared on Instagram.
Dressed in an adorable white outfit embroidered with her name, Palma stole the spotlight during the intimate family gathering at the Roslin Beach Hotel, Southend. The heartwarming occasion marked Michelle’s very first Mother’s Day as a parent, making the moment even more special.
Mark’s mum shared a photo of baby Palma nestled in the arms of her grandfather, Mark Wright Sr., while her grandmother, Carol, leaned in with a radiant smile with the heartfelt caption: “What a day with all my love in the world. Xx.”
In the evening Michelle took to Instagram to share a collection of images with her 7.5million Instagram followers, and it wasn’t just to show off her beautiful daughter – the focus of one image was a stunning item of jewellery worn by Michelle.

Michelle posted a collection of photos on Instagram with the caption: “Such a special day from start to finish. Happy Mothers Day.” The post has had over 177,000 likes and over 500 comments. Michelle’s sister in law, Jess Wright, commented: “Beautiful day for us mummas”, while Samia Longchambon, who plays Maria Connor, in Coronation Street commented: “Happy first Mother’s Day!”
The adorable snaps, taken at the family meal, show Palma dressed in a cosy white outfit with her name embroidered on the back. But, it wasn’t just Palma’s clothing that was personalised, in one of the images Michelle can be seen wearing a stunning diamond necklace featuring her daughter’s name. It is unclear if she was given the necklace as a Mother’s Day gift or not.
While the Brassic star, 37, has been laying low since giving birth, the couple has also been spotted out and about, often accompanied by Michelle’s mother, Jackie Anne Thornton, who is embracing her new role as a grandmother.
Mark recently opened up about fatherhood in an emotional conversation on Heart FM , prompted by his co-host Olly Murs. “I know you’re a private guy,” Olly began: “But this has been such a huge moment for you and Michelle. How are you feeling?”
Mark, overwhelmed with emotion, responded: “Mate, it’s hard to even put into words. This is the biggest achievement of my life – it’s all I think about.” He went on to praise Michelle, calling her “a superhero” for bringing Palma into the world. “It makes you appreciate what our mums did for us even more. The strength women have – it’s incredible.”

Reflecting on the life-changing experience, he added: “Every morning I wake up so excited just to see her face. That moment I held her for the first time… it gets me emotional just thinking about it. Everything else fades away, and you realize what truly matters in life.”
