UFC CEO Dana White revealed the White House card, featuring Ilia Topuria defending his lightweight title against Justin Gaethje in the main event.
Alex Pereira is slated to step up to the heavyweight division to face Ciryl Gane for the interim belt in the co-main event. McGregor shared his support for the event by posting a photo of the fight card on social media, commenting “love it,” despite not being part of the lineup. He later described it as “a great card.”
In an interview, McGregor mentioned he was still awaiting confirmation of his return to the cage. He expressed eagerness for the proposed White House fight against Chandler, emphasizing the potential excitement of the matchup. McGregor also revealed his intention to make a comeback at welterweight, citing his increased size and readiness to compete.
