Police in Australia are currently investigating the tragic death of a one-year-old boy and have reached out to the public for information. The incident occurred at the child’s residence, approximately 110km northwest of Melbourne, on Tuesday, November 4, when the boy became unresponsive around noon local time.
The child was rushed to the hospital by his 26-year-old mother and her 18-year-old partner, but unfortunately, he passed away on Thursday, November 6. Victoria Police stated that they are still determining the exact events leading up to the child’s death.
Detectives from the Homicide Squad and the Ballarat Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Investigation Team have already interviewed the boy’s mother and her partner, with the investigation ongoing.
