Reflecting on the events leading to her arrest, Leanne recounted her actions at the airport, acknowledging her excessive drinking and outburst when denied boarding. She described feelings of panic and regret, realizing the gravity of her actions upon viewing CCTV footage the next day.

Following the incident, Leanne from Liverpool committed to making positive changes in her life. She sought cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), engaged in exercise, attended counseling sessions, and focused on positive visualization to counteract the effects of burnout.

Encouraging others to seek help and prioritize self-care, Leanne emphasized the importance of communication, seeking professional assistance, and maintaining a supportive network. She shared her journey of personal growth, highlighting the significance of mindfulness and making informed decisions to improve overall well-being.
